SYDNEY: The ARF Rosdom Group-organised Family Kebab night at the Armenian Cultural Centre on Friday evening raised $2,000 for Galstaun College.
The casual event, attended by over 130 community guests, featured excellent entertainment from community singers Harbick Hovanessian, Ohaness Ohanessian and Hagop Gulumian.
The aim was to fill Willoughby's Armenian Cultural Centre (aka Agoomp) with families, and also donate all profits to what organisers labelled the "backbone of the Armenian-Australian community" in Galstaun College.
