SYDNEY: 30 years ago, the Sydney Armenian community brought to life, with immense dedication and sacrifice, its longstanding dream of having an everyday Armenian School in Australia.
To mark this major milestone, Galstaun College will be presenting a special concert at the Concourse Concert Hall in Chatswood (409 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood) this Friday 18 November 2016 at 7:30pm.
Galstaun College Board Chair, Hratch Boghossian stated: “The 30th Anniversary Concert is an important and opportune occasion for the College and the wider Sydney Armenian community to reflect on the extraordinary efforts made to make this Community dream a reality, to the celebrate the many achievements of Hamazkaine Arshak & Sophie Galstaun College and to look forward to a bright future”
Boghossian added: “We also have a number of announcements which I am sure will we widely welcomed by the community. We look forward to celebrating our College’s jubilee with our community this Friday and to seeing you all there.”
