SYDNEY: The Armenian Missionary Association of Australia (AMAA) is screening the Armenian Genocide docudrama, Map of Salvation on 26th March 2019, 7:30pm at the St Andrews Uniting Church Memorial Hall in Longueville.
Map of Salvation is a feature-length docudrama film, produced by Manvel Saribekyan and directed by Aram Shahbazyan, made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. The film tells the story of five European women, Maria Jacobsen (Denmark), Karen Jeppe (Denmark), Bodil Biørn (Norway), Alma Johansson (Sweden), Anna Hedvig Büll (Estonia), who were witnesses to the Armenian Genocide and subsequently founded shelters for Armenian children and women.
The film was produced in 29 cities over 9 countries.
