SYDNEY: The Armenian-Australian community read with pride, as The Sydney Morning Herald ran a profile on Gladys Berejiklian - the former Homenetmen Scout and and Armenian National Committee board member now charged with fixing the transport pains in the State of New South Wales.

Berejiklian was touted in the article as a possible "future Premier" of the state, which was an opinion backed by current Premier Barry O'Farrell. The article brings together glowing endorsements of Berejiklian by her friends and adversaries in politics.
