YEREVAN-A high-profile technology forum geared toward spurring the development of Armenia's IT sector kicked off in Yerevan Wednesday with Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan opening the conference.
Organized by the Union of IT Enterprises, the third annual DigiTec Business forum, brought together professionals and experts from Armenia, its Diaspora and surrounding countries to explore the development of the IT industry in Armenia.
"The field of Information Technologies is a dynamically developing sphere, and year by year our people feel the improvement of the quality of services and their increased accessibility," exclaimed Sargsyan in his opening remarks. "This is what the measures taken by the Government should be targeted at."
