STEPANAKERT—Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Thursday visited residents of Talish displaced after the Four-Day April War launched by Azerbaijan, announced the Artsakh presidential press service. The citizens are currently residing in the Alashan settlement in the Martakert region.
During the meeting, residents discussed issues regarding their living and social conditions and gave possible solutions for improvement.
Sahakyan gave instruction to those leading the settlement to realize the programs and activities discussed.
The president’s visit comes three months after his first visit to the settlement.
