Armenia’s Air Defense Forces downed an “enemy” drone flying over the Kotayk Province, some 13 miles away from Yerevan, Armenia’s Defense Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan said late Thursday local time.

The enemy fired in the direction of Shatvan village of Gegharkunik region, as well as fired a missile from a combat drone at Mets Masrik settlement as a result of which Gevorg Vardanyan, born in 1967, was killed, two civilians were also injuried.
