SYDNEY: Anne Gharibian and Nairy Mouzenian from the Armenian Resource Centre of Australia were guests on Australia Live by Armenia Media, where they were interviewed by Sarine Soghomonian on their activities serving the Armenian-Australian community during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Armenian Resource Centre of Australia (ARC-AU) was founded as an independent, community-led organisation, after discovering that Armenian people displaced by war, seeking refuge, were in need of greater support.

Starting with the goal to assist the resettlement of Syrian-Armenian refugees arriving in Australia from their war-torn homes, the ARC-AU has evolved into the go-to organisation acting as a conduit for hundreds of Armenian-Australians trying to navigate their way to government services.

Their activities have been accelerated due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and Gharibian and Mouzenian were able to present some of the key services and achievements to the audience of Australia Live by Armenia Media.
