Officials from the French city of Bourg lès Valence meet with Artsakh President Bako Sahakian and other officials
President Sahakian welcomed the signing of a declaration of friendship between the towns of Bourg lès Valence and Shushi, considering this step in mutual cooperation among the bases of strengthening ties between Artsakh and France. Issues related to Artsakh’s domestic and foreign policy were also discussed.
Shushi also signed a declaration of friendship with the city of Los Angeles in September of last year. Then, LA City Councilman Paul Krikorian led a delegation of officials from the Los Angeles City Council and the California State Assembly on a visit to Artsakh, where they also inaugurated Shushi’s Los Angeles Friendship Park.
