VALENCE, France—On Sunday, the President of the Artsakh Republic, Bako Sahakian, led an official delegation on a visit to France, where they met with regional officials from the province of Drôme in the department capital of Valence.
The President, accompanied by Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan and other high level official, met the Regional Council of Drôme, headed by Chairman of the Council Patrick Labaune
A wide range of issues related to deepening relations between Drôme department and Artsakh were discussed during the talks
Cooperation agreements between the department of Drôme and Artsakh were signed during the meeting.
President Sahakian was also presented the title of Honorary Citizen of Drôme.
Sahakian spoke about the significance of cooperation with Drôme for Artsakh and hailed it for bringing new impetus to bilateral relationship and contributing to their strengthening in the future.
