YEREVAN (Armenpress)—The HY Pictures Armenian startup won 3rd place in World Startup Cup 2016, which took place from August 3-5 in Washington, D.C.
Director of the World Startup Cup, Sean Griffin, said via Facebook that GoMobile from Marocco won first place, Patari from Pakistan won second place and Armenia’s Hy Pictures came in third.
HY Pictures is a media producing company which produces documentary and short films, as well as provides production services for foreign productions in Armenia. The Armenian team presented the “Nolaland” project during the competition.
