YEREVAN—Armenia has given the AMC Airlines a permit to operate round trip flights from Hurgada to Yerevan, Sharm El Sheikh to Yerevan, and Hurgada-Yerevan-Sharm El Sheikh, announced the General Department of Civil Aviation of Armenia on Monday.
Hurgada-Yerevan flights will begin operating on June 18, flights from Sharm El-Sheikh-Yerevan are expected to operate beginning September 24, while Hurgada-Yerevan-Sharm El Sheikh flights will operate on September 17.
The Air Cairo Airline will also operate round trip weekly flights from Hurgada-Yerevan-Hurgada, beginning June 20 until October 28.
The airline also plans on Sharm El Sheikh-Yerevan-Sharm El Sheikh direction between June 22 and October 28.
Flights will run every Thursday.
