YEREVAN (RTE)-Armenia claimed its first win in Euro 2012 qualifying Group B with an impressive victory over Slovakia in Yerevan in a major boost to the Republic of Ireland's qualification hopes.

Armenia will not back renewed discussions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict at the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE), championed by a Turkish politician, until it clarifies their details and purpose, a senior lawmaker said on Friday.
