Armenia threatens to recognise Karabakh at OSCE Summit
Armenia threatened on Thursday to formally recognize Nagorno-Karabakh as an independent state if Azerbaijan tries to win back the disputed enclave and other Armenian-controlled territories surrounding it by force. |
