Davutoglu reveals Karabakh precondition
Turkeys parliament will not ratify the normalization agreements with Armenia unless international efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict yield a breakthrough, according to Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu. |
